Whether you are looking to relax or have a medical issue, our therapists are here to help. Between Brenda and Sara, there is well over 40 years of massage experience. They specialize in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, sports, and pregnancy massage.
Each massage is tailored to each client. And they work closely with the chiropractors in the area to ensure that each person is getting the best treatment possible.
Both therapists work with each other to help their clients find relief from their muscle pain. Constantly researching information and seeking out the best treatment plan possible.
Daymakers is fortunate to have Sara on staff as the only Medical Massage Practitioner in the Upper Peninsula. She holds a master's degree in medical massage.
One thing to remember when receiving a massage is to drink a lot of water to help flush out the toxins and lactic acid that the massage releases. If you do not, you may have a lot of muscle soreness, headache and dizziness.
Please note that massage therapists are not bound by HIPA rules, but we do practice them to protect our clients. Your situation and conversations in the massage room are not discussed with other staff or clients.
